Sin título-1

During the 90s, Malice Mizer caught our attention with their most popular vocalists: Gackt and Klaha. During their success, they brought us several songs that are nowadays considered classics. One of them is this: “Gekka no Yasoukyoku” (“The night in the moonlight”).

This is a song that with a romantic, elegant and French-like style tell us a story which is represented through the roles of every member: Mana and Közi as dolls, Yu~Ki as narrator with Kami, and Gackt as the Grim Reaper.

Malice Mizer – Gekka no Yasoukyaku

After a few years, some bands decided to play this song in their own style. Bands like D and Misaruka. Most covers include only the song itself, but Misaruka went even further and not only did they play the song, but also recorded a PV to it, while D only recorded the sound.

I hope you all enjoy these versions of this song that, as time went by, became a huge classic.
